Marcus took me to a gorgeous restaurant in the west village where we sat outside on the little balcony and watched good-looking people go by. I had a raspberry mojito, we shared sea scallops and then I had rare tuna. SO GOOD. So tasty and divine. What a boy huh.
I bought some new shoes for the occasion and forgot about blisters that set in after about 2 seconds. "Beauty is pain!" I kept having to repeat that to myself. Eh. They are reasonably comfortable but I am just not used to anything high-heeled whatsoever (call yourself a lady?) so I hobbled a bit. Definitely worth it...!
