watched blues in new orleans, got drinky in the only touristy bit full of annoying tourists
wandered the steaming hot french quarter
had lunch in an isolated casino on the devastated coast of mississippi. m i s s i s s i p p i
listended to the fights/drug deals/ busts/ money lending/shady business from our hotel room in montgomery alabama
i lost mic in anderson south carolina
i called the cops- a gorgeous deputy collins
i found mic
we kept driving

wow, your adventures sound so amazing. it really is like reading a novel!!
ReplyDeleteyou should write a book. i miss you so much, but i feel like i'm there when i read about everything, since you're super suave at writing
love you
p.s. i cant remember my old log in, so now i will be known as s.y.l.k.
ReplyDeleteWow, is the beat poetry thing intentional or is it just the american landscape having its effect?
ReplyDeleteAnyway it is quite evocative.
