yul brynner. after watching a bit of magnificent seven i developed a crush on ol baldy. well i think i've had one for a long time. did you know he's russian? and his real name is yuliy? hm. thanks wiki. he always reminds me of the king and i and all the classics we used to watch as kids when we weren't allowed to watch pg movies yet. our favourite by far was seven brides for seven brothers where they all get hitched in an amazing seven times happy ending.

i got a semi- job today. i bought a silly cheap watch so i could wake up at the ridiculous hour of 6:30 am and the alarm didnt go off. why dont they give instructions with those things? do they assume anyone buying such a cheap digital watch is a nerd and therefore instinctivly knows how to program it, or has the time to dedicate hours fiddling with little noisy buttons??

anyway i woke up almost an hour late and i still made it to brooklyn in record time! i met my employer/demanding know it all. he seems ok but a little pushy. now begins the task of trauling the city searching for cheap sheep skin to line his leather jacket. ah the joys of a seamstress!
