i'm a little bit surprised that kevin rudd won. i feel like i had/have no idea what the vibe of people in australia is. i forgot about the election and the results. but it made me run into the dining room and declare it loudly to everyone with no reaction as none of them have any clue about australian politics. i should coach them on his name so at least they know that. i'm excited. it feels weird.
